I wish to make a view of the number of TD’s we have.

At present we have a TD for 20,000 to 30,000 of the population

This should be increased to  32,000 to 42,000 of the population.

That a Referendum be part of your review to increase the number per population to TD.

That  this Referendum will take place within 2 1/2 years after the next election.

That each County would have at least one TD according to its population. That the maximum for the next election will be 171 TD’s.
