Your Vote is Your Voice

I wish to comment on the new electoral boundaries being drawn up presently. I live in east Meath and our area is included in the greater Louth area. There has been a population explosion in both east Meath and the greater Louth area.

I feel that the Co Louth area could stand on its own and continue to justify the level of TD(s) whilst if our area was again returned to the East Meath area it could justify an extra TD. I would be slow to increase the number of TD(s) generally.
