Subject:                County Boundary Galway East

Good afternoon,

Please log my submission as to the return of the GALWAY EAST constituency to the North and

East County Border and include it as a 4 seater as per previous .

Reasoning

There is huge confusion amongst boundary community’s here in North & East Galway, their council officials are Galway but their Dail reps are Roscommon/Leitrim, this makes no sense fiscally or physically and further alienates the isolated and often so  older demographic of rural communitys.

The extension to the border allows for the numbered data streams to facilitate a further Dail seat as was previous and follows a logical provision in growth patterns within the censes.
