My suggestion is about voter eligibility more than a specific boundary issue. 

It is possible that in the decades to come Ireland and Northern Ireland will reunify. One issue that a New Ireland would face is one of voter eligibility to the British citizens currently living in Northern Ireland.

It is my opinion that well in advance of any possible unification that full voting rights should be extended to any British citizen resident in Ireland. For local, general, European, Presidential and referendum elections.

I think it’s important that the current Irish state prepare the ground for unity and this issue is something that could and should be dealt with now.
