To the Members of the Electoral Commission,

I request two three-seater constituencies in County Donegal under the 2023 ‘Constituency Review’, which adheres to both Constitutional provisions, the Terms of the ‘Constituency Review’ and the principle of reasonable equality of representation between constituencies:

The current 5 seats are inadequate and breach Constitutional provisions due to population size and its geographical position emphasises the need. Important that there is gender equality & is reflected in number of TDs.
