To whom it may concern,

The Dail constituency review – in particular reference to the counties of Louth and Meath – and their future growth, should take into account the need for specific detail in respect of south Louth and East Meath, both areas of rapid growth in recent years.

The coming years will see both areas change further and how that is best managed for those living there, must be deemed a priority in this review.

As part of the review, all stakeholders, local authority, the business community and residents should be afforded the opportunity to air their views in a meaningful way so as to prevent significant problems over the next decade.

The boundary area is a unique issue and must be handled so.
