Dear Sir, Madam

I write to make a submission to the Electoral Commission on the composition and boundaries of Dáil Éireann.

I confine my observations to the constituency of Cork North Central serving 131,341 persons and a four seater. The representative assignment is 32,835 per member

I ask consideration be given to:

• The areas south of the River Lee , Cork City South West LEA (part of) and Cork City South Central LEA (part of) that are in Cork North Central would Return to Cork South Central Constituency comprising of sum 19,304 persons

• The areas to the east of the constituency in the Cobh LEA , Glounthaune, Knockraha, and Watergrasshill that are in Cork East Constituency would return to Cork North Central.

• Where numbers are required to settle a function constituency the Areas in the Fermoy LEA and Mallow Lea, Kildinan , Rahan, Ballinamona, Analeentha, and Dripsey in the Macroom LEA would return to the respective constituencies of Cork East and Cork North West.
