Dear Sir, 

The demographics of Ireland have changed significantly since 1922. We now have a varied population, many of whom may be temporary, but most have no voting privileges. Therefore, few TD’s look after these people’s rights and entitlements and so they can fall between the cracks of our education, health and social care system. I would propose to have an additional shared TD position between perhaps 4 constituencies in all counties that have a significant proportion of their population as non Irish nationals. This would give a voice to all of our refugees. —
