To whom it may concern

I wish to make the following submission.  I understand that one of the terms of reference is to respect county boundaries as far as possible, but I believe that the area of Bally glass 6,023 forms part of the natural hinterland of Limerick City and therefore should be returned to the Limerick City Constituency.
