Your Vote is Your Voice

21 November 2025 – The Registrar of Political Parties (the Registrar) has today set out his proposal to amend to the Register of Political Parties (the Register).

An authorised officer of the Ireland First party requested changes to the listed authorised officers of the party in the Register and requested an amendment to its party emblem.

The Registrar has decided that the Register will be updated to reflect changes to the names of officers authorised to sign authenticating certificates of candidates on behalf of the Ireland First party, while a request to update the party emblem has been refused.

A formal notification has today been published in the official Irish State gazette, Iris Oifigiúil setting out the relevant terms of the Electoral Reform Act 2022.
