First Chair of An Coimisiún Toghcháin Appointed

Justice Marie Baker has been appointed the first chair of An Coimisiún Toghcháin by President Higgins.  Ms Justice Baker was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court in 2019. She was called to the Bar in 1984 and was called to the Inner Bar in 2004. She practised on the Cork and Munster circuits. Her term as chair will last for seven years.
