Statement of Strategy

The Electoral Reform Act (Section 28) outlines how our first strategy statement shall be prepared by the Commission as soon as practicable after the establishment day and shall relate to the period from its submission to the Joint Oireachtas Committee until the day immediately before the third anniversary of the establishment day.

The Commission’s strategy statement must set out the key aims, objectives, outputs and strategies of the Commission, and identify the key priorities of the chief executive.
